Meeting and estimate
Tell us about your budget, the challenges you’re facing, and the feeling you have in mind. We’ll choose the piece that best fits your brand and advise on placement for the whole space. Of course, you’re also welcome to pick a favorite yourself.
* Meetings are currently held online via Zoom and similar tools.

Order and contract
Once you sign the rental agreement, the contract is confirmed.
We’ll share the rental start date and the delivery schedule.

Delivery and installation
As a rule, artworks are packed securely and shipped to you. You can choose a delivery window that fits your schedule.
For clients in the Kanto area
For clients in the Kanto area who would like help hanging the work, our staff will visit and assist whenever we can.
For clients outside the area
We also welcome installation questions from clients outside the Kanto area. There is an additional fee, but we’ll support you as far as we can — please reach out anytime.

Exchange
Pieces can be swapped as the season or the mood of the space changes. Up to two exchanges a year are complimentary. After that there’s a fee, but you can refresh as often as you like. Ask, and we’ll also propose new works.

Q. How is the artwork delivered?

Q. What about shipping?
A. Shipping is on us — complimentary.
Q. I’ve never hung a painting before. Do I need to prepare anything?
A. You don’t need to prepare a thing. We include the hanging hooks you’ll need, so even first-timers can bring art into a business space with confidence. We also have a short installation video.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You may pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Contracts renew automatically each year.
